Balayage
Do you love high/low lights, but hate the maintenance of it? Balayage may be the best solutions for you.
Balayage creates a soft swept natural result that requires lower maintenance with less salon visits depending on the look you are going for. This will take time and patience for the Balayage depending on your desired end result.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please understand that when you overlook canceling or rescheduling your services, it prevents us from accommodating other guests at that time. Furthermore, our providers experience a loss of income that is essential for sustaining themselves and their families.
As a courtesy, Salon Estetica sends multiple reminders via text and email prior to your reservation. We also give a courtesy call 48 hours prior to your reservation if you have not digitally reconfirmed your scheduled services. If we are unable to reach you, or unable to leave a voicemail, please understand that you are ultimately responsible for your reservation.
CANCELLATION METHODS: To cancel, please use one of the following methods: calling our location, using our app, or visiting our online booking platform. Canceling through automated text or email confirmations is not a valid way of cancelling your scheduled service, as these messages may not reach our guest services team reliably.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to accommodate all of our guests and to preserve the valuable time of our service providers a 48-hour advance notice of cancellation is required for all appointments or 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file used to secure your reservation.
NO SHOW FEE: Failure to arrive at the salon for your scheduled service without cancelling through one of the above cancellation methods will be considered a no show. A no show will incur a fee equal to 100% of the cost of scheduled services charged to the card on file, used to secure your reservation.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled service, you may be required to reschedule at a future date and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service you were scheduled to receive that day. If you are scheduled for multiple services on the same day and your provider is only able to complete some of the services you are scheduled for, you will still be responsible for paying 50% of the service cost that was unable to be completed due to your late arrival.
Should your card on file decline for any cancellation fees, you will be required to pay any outstanding balances before scheduling future appointments.
